Font ID Help Please

I got two out of the three fonts off the business card I was given, but I can't find this one.

Honest, that looks like the lettering from one of those old drop-in typewriter font change things. A real electric typewriter.
Looks just like the specials menu from the diner I worked at in 1979.
Kinda gives me nightmares about mean truckers.
