Closest I can find is : Linotype Scott Venus, but the "A" is reversed . . .

It's reminiscent of Busorama but is not a match for that. The only match I get for any of the characters is the "E" which is similar to Bauhaus.

I used the Linotype Scott Venus, turned the "A" around and used arial for the "T".
