I couldn't find anything that matched flat sides, equal stroke and still rounded like that ... there are about 5 athletic ones that would work and all you would have to do is round the corners and add the double outline. LHF Convecta base would work of you compress horozontally and de-skew it. otherwise the closest I found was Licenz Plate http://www.dafont.com/licenz-plate.font?fpp=100&psize=l&text=21

Thanks - i could not find anything either so i used something close and then added a few touches to it in flexi. My customer need two sets of numbers "21" & "23" so it was simply enough to accomplish.
