Font Id Help

Anyone have any clues to what this font could be I have searched for days.
The top was Italic as well i straitened trying to find the font. It didn't work.

Looks to possibly be FF SOFTSOUL BLACK ...and lightly modified.

Gah! I knew that looked familiar. WTF, WFI, nor the "Find My Font" software picked it up.
