Font ID (looks like "Constitution" but cleaner)

What the font found a very similar font (Constitution) but it has ragged edges (sort of like Papyrus) & I need smooth edges.

This is what my client wants (I know it's ugly to use for PUC #'s... but it's for some limo outfit that has used it for years:

Alison Regular is close but the Upper case (A) is a little Different

Looks like a hybrid.

"PUC" is Ballantines
"loha" is Edwardian Script
"A" is a mystery
