Font ID Please - SD Padres Logo Text

I am creating little league t-shirts for my kids and can't find the "SD" logo in vector format for the San Diego Padres Baseball Team. I've looked on all of the websites I can think of and none of them have just the "SD" text for the hat/helmet/etc. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Sorry, don't have any info but it looks like you should be able to do something similar yourself rather than spending too much time looking for this exact one. I would just take a font with a similar foundation (maybe a version of SquareSlab?) and tweak it so it looks close to this one. Should be 5-10 minutes tops to finished product.
