I got nothing, however, I will say that it looks like it could possibly be one of the original 'Photo-Lettering Inc.' typefaces from the seventies. A good portion of the original PLINC collection (now owned by 'House Industries') has never been digitized. The base form (without serifs) resembles CABLE HEAVY.
