I did a font search using your image and found Letter Gothic Std (Medium) as well as a good match - but this looks distressed a bit.

Seems a match for Lechter Wide Normal as well: https://fontzone.net/font-details/lechter-wide-normal
Whatever the case, it is obviously a sorta sloppy trace of the font
