Arial Sucks.
Geez, I just saw that same typeface in some customer provided artwork earlier today. Thankfully it was converted to outlines. I'm betting it's a typeface that can be downloaded for free from Google Fonts or a similar site. Edit: I attached a sample of the lettering. I tried uploading it to What The Font but that didn't turn up any positive results.
