The closest thing I come up with so far is BUSORAMA BOLD, however thats not exactly it. The style and base form is there. Could be a modified Platform or customized. Falls into the category of "Art Deco" fonts.

A further search of I.T.C. and Herb Lubalin and Tom Carnase ( ownership/design group/designer) may result in more info and/or the exact font.
