The "R" is somewhat distinctive. But what is it?

Loaded that family of fonts and they are actually a bit different. Serifs end differently and the R is different.

Another shot anyone?

The font is Engravers MT.

No ... it's not the same font. Engravers is an old font from Monotype. Here's a link to it.

My client (a mortgage banker) is supposedly waiting on Corporate to send me the vector file, but he's antsy because he doesn't have a sign. (and he's open for business) And they're dragging their feet for some reason.

I'll tell him it's available and I can construct the logo if he's willing to go the 87 bucks.
