    Graves Co. apparently goes to the flea market to get its decals. Only in (western) Kentucky.

    I think he was saying that about all the hub caps on the fence in the background. Kinda looks like a flea market. Just guessing.

    Funny part is, we have a '
    Kilo' dog for one of our municipalities up here, too.
