Font ID Request - Decorative Serif

Arial Sucks.
I'm guessing the typeface used in the attached (and cropped) sample image could be on a free fonts site. MyFonts' What the Font didn't come up with any matches. Didn't see anything at Google Fonts or DaFont that matched either.

$24 isn't a bad price for that typeface. It has some useful goodies included. The Royal Signage typeface reminds me of Desire Pro:

Desire Pro is beautiful and has a lot of alternate swash glyphs, but the details can get really thin and work against distance legibility. Royal Signage has thicker, more legible strokes.
