Font ID / Similar font

Ignore the southern boyz, Dirty is my main concern as the customer really wants that to stay the same, Spent about an hour looking, unable to find anything so resorted to asking for some help. Customer isn't too picky as he understands its literally a snap shot on a 4 wheeler from his son and its the best picture they can get me.

It was a letterhead font they do not offer it anymore maybe try Asylum

Tiki, I never really post on here, but I always see you hitting the nail on the head first try on all the font help posts.

You sir, are amazing.

Any guesses on the top font or a similar one to it.
