Font id weird "e"

Both fonts would be a plus. Help before I must redraw from scratch for scratch.

Looks like a version of Highway Gothic for both the UC and LC letters. Possibly Series C or D.

What are you agonizing over? Just pick a sans serif type face of the right aspect ratio with angled finals on the 'C'. No one on the planet will know or care if you don't choose the exact face.

It's understandable to want to match a specimen type face but this?
