Font ID

I got this bad design a customer wants to use for a billboard. They absolutely have to use it. So I am tasked with a font ID and a build to a vector. Any help on the font ID's would be appreciated.

birch (top copy) / possibly just arial (bottom copy)

[The Vector Doctor]

bottom font looks like Myriad

Bottom font is definitely Myriad (Reg. or Roman, take your pick)
