Customer told sales rep that this is Art Gothic Bold which they have been using for years. Its not, so we proofed using 'real' art gothic bold.
Customer lost their cool at sales rep and threatened to go to their old sign co.
Its a shop min $ job and the rep told me he's not even making $5 on the deal...get lost.
