Sorry, here is one more that I've had not luck in ID'ing . Ran through mulitipe font id sites with no such luck.

Similar to the "Salud Bold" and "Salud Bubble" fonts, but not exact.

It might be hand-lettered. Why else would the "A" be so narrow compared to the other letters? Or it might just be a poorly-designed font.
