Anybody know this font. It looks like Fancy Gothic. But the 9’s are different

With all due respect, my Grb Monument Mod Roman fonts don't match up to the image. In the image, the center arm of the E is higher and the bottom terminal of the C has a serif ...as well as other differences. I find MLC Cutrite Modified Roman to be a spot on match. I have that font. But it’s the 9’s and the 6’s. There different then what I have. There close. But not the same
