the font, except for the "W" which is a different and unidentified font, is named Barsoi if purchased from the Serials Designer Collection or also Husky if purchased from OptiFont. To locate it you must do a little navigation from the link provided because the site uses frames. The sample you have has been condensed from the original font width and had some corners smoothed off..
