Font identification Have to ask again

[Graphic Extremes]

I have been looking for this font. I know it is modified, but can not find the base font it came from. I have searched by just a few different letters multiple time with no luck.. The and sign has me stumped also. Customer wants new design or I would just trace it. I know the Miller is skewed. The person who did the original design has passed away, customer can not ask him what fonts he used.

Need the font for the Miller and the Excavating & Landscaping.
