font identification help please

anyone know these fonts, i love when companies don't even have a vector of there own logo!!!!

Stone Serif Bold will work for the L if you tweak the terminal end of the beak. Beyond that, I have no perfect match.

Minion for the ampersand

Acens Regular for MOTO.....
