Struggling again with all three of these, Rain and Tec appear to be two different ones.

Rain is Optima Extra Black Tec may be Address Sans Pro Black

 

[Fred Weiss]

Rain = Optima Black aka Classico or Zapf Humanist 601 (Ultra Bold) with slant added
Tec -= Impact with stretch and slant added
Irrigation = Arial with stretch added

At first glance I'd say Optima, Impact and Arial.
