Font needed for Han Solo in carbonite plaque

I have a client with a life size Han Solo, it is on display but the plaque is too small and hard to read. Not a huge $ maker and I have already spent too much time finding the font. They don't think they can change the font or the style of plaque so they want it made larger. I can come close but the slant of the serif on the "S" is always off. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I didn't take the pic, I know its hard to read.
