At first I figured this was not a font, but then I noticed it was done in Sign Gold... so it was either digitized or this font actually exists. Any ideas? ("FIRE COMPANY" is what I'm looking for)

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Butt ugly, but probably a font. The 'O's are identical, the top and center pieces on the 'E' and the 'F' likewise. The only thing that would make one think not is the 'A'. It leans to the right slightly, a perturbation common to a hand lettered thick and thicker uppercase 'A'.
