I find nothing that matches that mess. I'm gonna say 'NOT'. Lots of similar matches to a few characters, but...

I didn`t find anything either.
Didn`t think it was a font myself, just had to check.

It almost looks like an auto-tracing attempt to re-create something set in Bookmania. Of course the results are pretty terrible. The swash N and swatch P characters are definitely in the extended character set of Bookmania.
