Need Help Font recognized?

I know this is a fairly stretched font, but is there a base font that's recognizable? Used on a bicycle tire.

I like making signs
Darn, I feel like I've downloaded this but the closest I see is Pizza Opti. You would have to close the open space and add an outline to thicken it up.
