Need Help Font Search!

One more time, with feeling.

I've been looking for this font for a customer. With help from you guys I've gotten at least a better picture of said font, but I still can't ID it.

Anyone know what this font type is?

The p's and r's are distinctly very different. Chances are more than fair that this is not a font.
