Font with stars?

Anyone know what this one is?

sometime people take a regular font and do stuff to it, to make it into what you see there.
ponder that a minute.
NOW......... to me, it looks like a font i have called(pic) and they actually added stars to each font.

The font used is NEIL BOLD ...stretched some, and yes like Opie said, the stars were added.

The Lucky Charms font has hearts, stars, moons, and clovers!
(not really)
It does look as if those have been added.
What I wanna know is how they got that cracked desert mud effect on the bottom panel!

Looks like a pain to add stars. The mud look is cool, I thinks its called "calendared". I recommended against it on the re-do. They have asked if the existing alumacorr panels could be reused. I told them it would probably be cheaper to use new ones, plus I couldn't guarantee how they would look once they were "cleaned". Just one disadvantage of the "mud look". Pay now or pay later!
