Nothing recognizable from my memory. If you could post a different pic where everything is flattened out as much as possible, then it can probably be identified by using font identification software.

This is the only photo I have. The guy works here from Louisiana and he just had this photo. He's trying to make family shirts. I usually use what the font.com and have asked that forum too. I spent entirely too long looking for the font. I found one close. Hopefully he will go with that.
