We are looking for a person who has knowledge in Fontography (FontLab) for freelance work.

The term is 'Typography'.

Knowing the nomenclature is at least half of all wisdom, and all of not looking the fool.

I believe they might be referring to the software program Fontographer by FontLab which allows a user to create, edit, manipulate and repair damaged or distorted fonts.
