Fonts ID please!

    Can't seem to identify the fonts on this sign, any help would be much appreciated!

    Highly doubtful that the "A & K" is identifiable. To highly altered.

    The middle line appears to be Revue which has been fattened up.

    The bottom line could be any of the regular weight versions of Helvetica, Triumvirate, Arial or Swiss.
