Question Football Helmet Decal

Hi, I bought some convex vinyl, 8 mil with 12 mil laminate, for a football team job I have. Does anyone who does football helmets have any advice for me going into this? Anyone who uses 20 mil vinyl, do you know your plotter settings by any chance? Will a hand crank laminator work to laminate this job? Convex is very expensive so I want to do this right and not mess up very often. Thank you

Here are my settings for 12mil lam and 6 mil convex = 18mil on my envision:
1. 60 deg blade-
2. S= 2.50
3. G = 0.200
4. P = 9.00
5. Cr = .020
6. 3 X passes

Do the TEST CUT - triangle and Square before you cut your entire graphic.
