Mosh I used both. I like to rough out some of the components on the router table, then do the fine details with my chisels. You just don't get that hand tooled look with a CNC.

Awesome sign but I'm curious...why did Disney contact you? I was under the impression that they had a massive, state of the art sign facility in house.

Not really sure Pat. It's for one of there on premise resort stores. Shades of Green. I think they might be independant of the theme park division.
