So...maybe I'm wrong but isn't that just another site giving away bootleg copies of clipart they've stolen from legitimate sources?

I saw a link in the description about buying the full version, so I assumed even though it looked liked there was lots of images for free, that there were more (for a fee) if you are further interested.

But maybe I am wrong too, I dunno.
