fridge magnets curling

i have made some .015 fridge magnets and the customer has come back to me because the corners are curling up. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

my guess would be that the vinyl is shrinking , especially if you used a clandered vinyl

I 2nd the calendered vinyl possibility. Was the vinyl stretched a lot when it was applied to the magnet? How were they rolled up? Were they rolled so the front was on the inside? That may take some time and something heavy to flatten out. We roll our magnets so the image is on the outside and it sometimes takes a day or 2 to completely flatten.
