Frosted film + fingerprints

Just applied MacTac frosted vinyl to acrylic panels and am preparing to print on flatbed, but there are fingerprints in some places on frosted. Anyone know what is best way to clean off prints that won't damage frosted film?

I am assuming a damp cloth - but want to make sure.

And... oh yeah... Feller's is singularly unhelpful with questions like this...

Spray cloth first and then wipe down or spray surface and wipe off?

i would spray the cloth first then wipe.

i do the same when I want to still print on a piece of scrap i've handled
spray 60% isopropyl/water lightly on lintfree n' wipe
