Fuax Brick Monument Signs and Bases??

I'm looking for a company that provides the custom stucco and brick monument signs. I've installed these in the past when I was working for another sign company but never knew the vendor name. It would be something like this example here. I want something custom for the client instead of a plain 4'x8' sign for the front of their business. However, it needs to have an industrial look since it's for an electronics company. Any recommendations for these faux type of signs?
