Fuel Surcharge/Mileage

We're based out of Oklahoma. I know it's different every where,
but what is the current rate for driving to a customer location? I obviously
don't charge for local installs, but when it's more than 20 miles I do.
Do you charge by the mile, or just a flat fuel surcharge? ANY help at all
is much appreciated!

hourly rates for each vehicle includes gas. we have a truck, van and crane and have prices for each

Everyones shop rate will be different. We work it in to the install cost, but when we break it out we bill our truck at $0.72/mile + 50% shop rate per employee.

Within X radius we flat rate. Anything after is charged at shop rate per hour. Portion gets applied if they sign the contract.
