Fuji Acuity F-67 reservoir low

Hello everyone,
Anybody else ever had this problem. No matter what we do we cannot FILL the reservoir. Therefore we can´t print anymore

Any hints would be appreaciated greatly

The ink level sensor in the light magenta subtank may be malfunctioning. It unscrews from the top of the tank.

Thanks for your reply sorry i did not write what we have tried. But the list would be to long. cards pumps
We have changed the reservoir with new sensors and the print controlling the print heads still the same
right now we are also replacing the LC completely with print and reservoir as it had a crack Our FUJI is 7 years now.

No problem. I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. If you were in the United States, we could look into sending a tech to you.
