" just got a brand new camera for Christmas but haven't even taken it out of the box."

"I own a camera therefore I can take photos like the pros."

"I specialize:ROFLMAO: in all types of Lifestyle photography"

"But I don't have a business license, liability insurance, flashes, extra batteries, or even more than a kit lens that came in the box. If something goes wrong, you're out of luck. To keep things cheap for you, I won't even back up any of your images."

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I never seen such truth in advertising!!! guess you gotta give her credit for that! She hasn't even figured out how to get the camera out of the box and already booking wedding!

Not that the entrepreneurial spirit!

In fact, i think I'll nominate her for 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year... for choosing the title of photographer all and for the great photos she plans to take!

I have high hope for her, if she ever gets the camera out of the box.

Pros have:
-a business license
- multiple cameras
-thousands of dollars in lenses and flashes
-hard drives to back up the images
-insurance
-experience
-people skills

-color calibrated monitors
-professional print labs
-professional albums

I have none of this stuff so we'll keep it cheap, just for you!

I bet the photography industry has even a harder time with people like this because there's even less perceived skill with taking a picture.

That is hilarious!
I'm thinking that was written by a pro who's just a little sick and tired.

It's just like saying " I got a Cricut for Christmas, so as soon as I learn how to hook it up, I'll be in the sign business."

In what way?......I am not talking about behind the scenes....I am talking about finished product.....I know better machines are quicker, quieter, easier to use, etc.....

I sent them this reply:

I'm replying to your ad for photography. Thinking about getting married and don't know how long it will last so I don't want to spend alot on pictures. Your ad sounds perfect! When you get the camera out of the box and figure out how to put the batteries in let me know.

Thanks! :)

We'll see what they say! :thumb:
