Congratulations Bob!!! I've also noticed there's lots of commercial/industrial bargains in Central FL right now. I am no real estate expert but it seems to me commercial purchase prices have fallen a good bit since the residential bubble burst but commercial rents have held pretty well level. More and more sold signs popping up too.

Really, really glad to hear you are taking advantage of this cycle and snapping this up. Looks like a very smart, convenient, and profitable boost for your business. Please do keep us posted. Wishing you the very best with this.

Closed as in signing legal documents. No way could we shut down for the build out, we are balls out. We will do what we can but hire help to get it finished. The only down time will be the week of the actual move.
