Fuzzy Prints

I am a newbie with a Mimaki JV 33 and I am having issues with fuzzy Prints on my 3M IJ 35 matte material. I think it is an issue with the halftones but I don't know how to fix it. I am using Rasterlink 5 and Windows 8.
