Fuzzy Ultraboard Cuts

Does anyone know how to cut 1/2'' Ultraboard, on a router, without getting fuzzy edges? Bits? Settings? Or is there some kind of chemical to take it off? Propane torch? Anything? Thanks

Depends on the cutter. Let’s start with that.

not sure on routing it we use an oscillating knife on our Zund and it cuts great
