Does anyone know how to cut 1/2'' Ultraboard, on a router, without getting fuzzy edges? or is there some kind of chemical to take it off? Propane torch? Anything? Thanks

I would recommend something like an onsrud 52-325 and run it around 15,000rpm at 80ipm. You may have to slow it down but I would start there.

I've also used this at 80ipm on some 1" foam and it worked pretty good
