I've ordered parts direct from GBC in the past myself. You can download a parts manual from their site.

Then you go to this page and sort of place the order for what you need

Did you find the parts you needed? I need something for our Titan also and found this thread. I tried GBC yesterday but haven't heard back from them yet. I'm going to try Rayco this morning when they open. I'm just wondering what ended up working for you so I might try the same thing.

For anyone else who has to order parts, don't bother submitting the online form and waiting for a response. After 24 hours without hearing from anyone, I called 1-800-790-7787 and placed the order in a matter of minutes.

I tried Rayco also but didn't get a call back there either.
