I ordered a bunch of their admittedly very nice squeegees two months ago.
Charged me $56 for freight but with international orders you get that.
They still haven't arrived.

So I chased them up recently and apparently it's my fault.

"Unfortunately, once the package leaves our office, it's out of our control.
If you notified us earlier, maybe it would have been easier to track since it's been missing in the system for the past two months.

It may also help if you submit a claim on your end as well."

Did they give you any indication on how they shipped them? When I order in the US they use the United States Postal Service signature required so I would have figured they would have some kind of tracking #.

USPS International Priority Express.
I'm glad they didn't send them regular air freight.

They have great service for us. Always literally get our stuff in 2 days. From my understanding,
they use USPS which they can only track so much.

Bly, they could be missing this end, I had stuff sent from overseas and tracked it to Geelong (140Klm's away) and Australia post has no idea where it went from there.

I've ordered from Geekwraps before and the stuff arrived alright.
Tracking shows the package in Fort Lauderdale.
The same as it did last week when I emailed about it.
Sure stuff happens but if one of my deliveries was 2 months late I'd send another on the fastest option possible,
not fob them off with "oh I'll try and look into it and let you know what I find out".

I used to ship to Australia all the time. In the past, there was no way to track the package once it left the states. However, that has changed and the package can now be tracked all the way to your door. I have also had packages that I was sure had been lost in the mail but they eventually show up.

I get stuff from the States all the time.
Motorbike tyres arrive in less than a week for example.

Well I finally heard back from them.
It's all too hard apparently and they will refund my money.
Shame. They are damn fine squeegees.

Anyone tried the Wetedge squeegee?
They look similar and are available in our own fine country.
Teflon squeegee with microfibre edge, about the same price as Geekwraps.

If anyone else finds Geekwraps impossible to source we got a few WetEdge squeegees and they seem as good as if not better than Geekwraps.
