I've been less lucky with ARK Ramos sadly. First order took a long time and the quality was pretty mediocre overall. Second order, they guaranteed a delivery date, then walked it back, claiming it was my fault. Now they've missed their second delivery date and haven't refunded me for the rush charge.
I've had problems with Gemini too. I know right now it sucks to be in business. Overall, I'd say ARK Ramos is a level below Gemini.
