Gerber 408 router spindel problem

I have a gerber 408 with a phase converter,7.5 hp router head ,10hp vac ,the boards are fine...but i can only get 17000 rpms...circuit board trips Needs to go to 24000 rpms (Gerber says to reset paramiters it did not work)
Has any one had this problem?????:banghead:

i have encountered this situation when i installed, serviced and trained new router owners. i have some specific questions for you before i just ramble out some advice that the gerber techs ... should... have had you try already. so instead of having you try a bunch of 'stuff' and go through a bunch of steps....and type it all out ... pm me with some contact info.
