Gerber Arc Station X Axis Failure

Hello,

So we just purchased a Gerber Dimension 200 router... It's all hooked up, software installed, everything. When I was moving the unit along the x axis it apparently went to far and now the Arc Station is displaying the error message "X Axis Failure, Press a key" Also, the Arc station has the flashing W for incoming job, yet I've never even sent a job. Because of the age of the machine, technical support through Gerber comes in at $75.00 per call. Yikes! I'm hoping someone with a Gerber Dimension 200 might be able to help. Thanks again! Mike

probably tripped a limit switch. power the machine off and manually push the gantry off the edge back toward the center. turn back on and rehome.

It seems pretty fixed in place... I can push it over? How do I avoid this problem in the future?

It worked!... I couldn't push it, but I was able to turn the threaded x rod back and the message went away. Thank You!
